At RêveRiser, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, you may be eligible for a refund or exchange under the following conditions.

Eligibility for Refunds

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
  • Final sale items (marked as such on the product page) are not eligible for refunds.

Return Process

  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories.
  3. Ship the package to the return address provided in your return confirmation email.
  4. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
